- Monitor store entrances and exits to prevent theft and fraud.
- Identify potential theft indicators and report them to store leadership.
- Participate in Code 50 package inspection policy and other loss prevention initiatives.
- Develop and implement effective loss prevention strategies with store leadership.
- Collaborate with store team members to promote a culture of safety and security.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred.
- Minimum one year retail management experience or equivalent preferred.
- Active Security Guard License highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build and maintain relationships with store team members and external partners.
