What are the responsibilities and job description for the Seasonal Early Morning Stocker Part Time (Saturday availability) position at Ross Stores?
Duties:
- Receive and unload merchandise from delivery trucks
- Organize and stock shelves with products
- Ensure accurate inventory control by conducting regular counts and reconciling discrepancies
- Assist customers with locating and selecting products
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and resolving issues
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Experience:
- Previous experience in a retail or warehouse environment preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills highly desired
- Familiarity with retail math and inventory control practices
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
