- Monitoring store entrances and exits to prevent theft and minimize loss.
- Identifying potential theft indicators and taking proactive measures to mitigate risks.
- Partnering with store leadership to ensure compliance with loss prevention directives and optimize operational efficiency.
- Developing and maintaining positive relationships with store team members and promoting a culture of respect and inclusivity.
Requirements and Qualifications
- High school education or equivalent required; AA degree preferred.
- One year retail supervisor experience or similar training preferred.
- Active Security Guard License preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
