Job Description
The Area Supervisor plays a crucial role in the success of our stores. As a member of the Store Leadership team, this individual is responsible for supervising Associates and maintaining a friendly, easy-to-shop environment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Maintaining Safe & Secure Environments: Understands safety as the top priority and practices safe behaviors at all times.
- Customer Service: Treats all customers, Associates, and other leaders with respect and demonstrates courtesy, friendliness, and professionalism at all times.
- Personal and Store Brand: Represents and supports the Company brand, maintains a professional appearance, and ensures all areas of the store are clean, well-maintained, and merchandised to standard.
