Job Description
This position plays a critical role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for both associates and customers. As a Store Protection Specialist, you will provide visible presence at store entrances and exits, mitigate theft and fraud, and ensure compliance with loss prevention directives.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide visible 'command' presence, including prominent greetings with eye contact, at store entrances and exits.
- Monitor entrances and exits as well as sales floor for potential theft by identifying suspicious behavior.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external partners to drive business results.
- Identify and address potential safety issues, ensuring a safe and secure environment for all.
Requirements
- High School education or equivalent required, AA degree preferred.
- One year retail supervisor experience or similar training preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with store teams.
