Key Responsibilities
- Provide visible presence at Store entrances/exits, mitigating theft and fraud while ensuring the safety of all individuals within the Store.
- Make eye contact, smile, and greet all Customers in a courteous and friendly manner, deterring potential theft by demonstrating command presence.
- Monitor Code 50 package inspection policy and walk sales floor to identify and address potential theft indicators as directed by Store Leadership.
