Ross is Hiring Direct!Full time on 2nd Shift 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM or 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM
Part Time on 3rd Shift (nights) 11:00 PM - 4:30 AM

The base pay for a new Ross hire into this role is $17.00, with a $2.00 shift differential for 2nd shift and a $2.00 shift differential for 3rd shift. The base pay listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Other rewards vary by position and location.

General Qualifications:
- Distribution Center positions involve a combination of standing, pushing, pulling, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, reaching, and lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- You must have the ability to stand/walk continuously for the duration of your full shift, up to 10 hours
- Although you may be hired to a specific role you will be asked to cross-train on other functions and should be expected to do so based on the demands of product flow
- Consistent timeliness, attendance and production are expected
