Structural Steel Detailer

Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Detailer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in design and drafting, with expertise in various software applications. As a Detailer, you will play a crucial role in the development of high-quality design projects, ensuring that all elements are accurately represented and aligned with project specifications.

Responsibilities
-Develop fabrication details and erection plans and details for beam, column, stairs, handrail, ect.

-Interpret design information and realize needs for new/additional information. Assist in generation of RFIs.
- Utilize software such as AutoCAD, SDS/2 to produce accurate design documentation.
- Review project requirements and specifications to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Maintain organized records of all design documents, revisions, and communications.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in graphic design software and tools is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of CAD software including AutoCAD, and or SDS/2.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey between team members, contractors, and erectors

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Experience:
