Opportunity at a Glance
We are seeking a newly minted highly skilled Instructional Design Specialist to join our Training and Development team. This role will focus on creating a value-driven training program tailored to the needs of our enrollment team, with a strong emphasis on sales methodologies, including consultative selling, pipeline management, and data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a passion for building engaging and effective training content that empowers our enrollment advisors to excel in their roles.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop engaging training modules and materials that focus on strategic enrollment methodologies and best practices, tailored specifically to the enrollment team's unique context.
Be primarily focused on ensuring that the impact of training can be effectively measured, and leverage insights and data to continuously refine the curriculum and training programs.
Collaborate closely with enrollment leaders, the Quality Assurance and Insights team, and other stakeholder teams to identify training needs, gather relevant content, and ensure alignment between training initiatives and overall enrollment strategies. o Partner with subject matter experts to incorporate current best practices and industry standards into training materials.
Manage multiple instructional design projects simultaneously, developing timelines, coordinating with team members, and meeting deadlines.

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $53,520.9 and $93,918.96. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
