The Associate Producer is an entry-level position designed for individuals seeking to develop a successful career in insurance sales. This role provides a hands-on training experience with the goal of growing into an FPG Producer and ultimately becoming a shareholder of the agency. As an Associate Producer, you will gain exposure to all areas of the business and develop the skills needed for long-term success in a client-facing producer role.
Responsibilities :
- Lead Generation : Identify and engage potential clients through research, networking, and outreach, building a strong sales pipeline for future business.
- Producer Support : Work closely with senior producers to assist in client proposals, presentations, and strategic account management.
- Market Research : Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor offerings, identifying new opportunities for the agency.
- Training & Development : Participate in ongoing development opportunities to improve sales techniques, product knowledge, and relationship management skills.
- Administrative Support : Help with policy documentation, CRM management, and follow-up tasks, ensuring a seamless client experience.
- Autonomy : Demonstrate a strong ability to "figure things out" independently, taking initiative and managing tasks without needing constant supervision.

This role will initially be based in Jackson, MS, for the first couple of years. Following this initial period, the agency prefers candidates who are open to relocating to another location to support broader business needs and opportunities.
