RossCorp is a start-up firm in Nashville with massive expansion plans for the future. In the next 12 months, the goal is to expand the RossCorp into four locations across the U.S. Excitingly, we recently opened up our newest branch in Dallas, our next best target markets are Austin, Houston, and San Antonio.

We believe in doing what it takes to create successful habits to ensure the growth we are looking to create within the next year. We specialize in business consulting, customer acquisitions and retention, and events marketing.
What we're looking for:
An outgoing, dedicated Team Leader, to manage a small team of 4-10 sales reps. You will be assigned to a campaign and will be responsible for the team's training and development, ensuring the team reaches target goals on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis while maintaining the quality standards we promise our clients. You will also have the opportunity to learn campaign logistics and operations, if desired.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a leadership role preferred
- Previous experience in a sales role (retail, customer service, business development, marketing) preferred
- Associates degree or equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
- Must be able to commute to Downtown Dallas regularly - NOT REMOTE
- Must thrive working with a team
- Must be goal-oriented
- Must be willing to learn new skills and take on new tasks, even if they require getting out of your comfort zone.
