Landscape Crew Member (Plantings and Construction)
Position Type: Full Time- Non-Exempt
Pay Range: $19 to $22 per hour
Location: Sterling, VA
Job Summary:
This role focuses on prioritizing client satisfaction in landscaping maintenance services. The crew member ensures adherence to instructions for top-tier turf and garden care. Ideal candidates embrace outdoor work, excel in team settings, maintain a positive demeanor, work safely and diligently, demonstrate reliability, and possess landscape industry experience. They must be receptive to feedback, detail-oriented, and committed to client happiness. Basic landscaping tool knowledge, lawn care familiarity, and the ability to learn under supervision are essential. Possessing a valid driver's license and English proficiency enhances advancement prospects.

Qualified install candidates should:

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Basic knowledge of landscaping tools and equipment.
- Familiarity with plantings and construction techniques in landscape.
- Ability to learn and work efficiently under supervision.
- Possessing a valid driver's license and proficiency in speaking/writing English are a big plus and will expedite advancement opportunities.
Preferred Education/Certification/Experience:
- Previous work in landscaping residential or related fields, though on-the-job training is often provided.
- Experience handling landscaping and construction tools and equipment.
