Scheduler/ Landscape Production Coordinator
Title: Production Coordinator
Position Type: Full-Time, Exempt
Pay Range: $55,000 - $75,000
Location: Sterling, VA
Job Summary:
As the Production Coordinator at Rossen Landscape, you will support our field managers in the seamless execution of our landscaping services, from maintenance to planting and construction. Utilizing Aspire (our industry-specific CRM software), you will help manage project timelines, client communication, and production logistics. Responsibilities include client communication, scheduling service requests, and coordinating efforts among our team.

Key Responsibilities:
Schedule Services and Projects - Maintain our Aspire Scheduling Board to ensure our maintenance services and projects are completed on time. This also creates the routes for the crews to time tracking and budget management purposes.
Client Communication - Keep clients informed about certain upcoming maintenance services and the status of their design-build projects to manage expectations. Handle client service requests with poise and professionalism in a timely manner.
Coordinate All Aspects of Operations - Act as a liaison between the two divisions of our business. Coordinate with our field managers to solve daily logistic challenges.
Execute Production Support and Special Projects – Report results of operations to keep the team informed and on track.

Preferred Education/Certification/Experience:
