Bus Plus Position | 9 Month Position
- CDL Class B with Passenger Endorsement Required (Paid Training Available)
- 8 hours daily
- Start Date: March 18, 2025 (Following Board Approval on 3/17/2025)
The following is required:
- Valid driver's license for at least five (5) years; clean abstract; criminal check; and drug test
- Completion of satisfactory pre-employment driver's training program; basic and advanced bus driver's education program; bus driver's certificate; valid CDL __ Paid training opportunities are available.
- High school graduate or equivalent
The breakdown of the daily schedule for this Bus Plus position is flexible, and will likely include (but is not limited to) the following:
- Daily Assigned Bus Route(s)
- Other Transportation Needs (Library, Shuttle to R or Athletic/Academic Facilities, Etc.)
- Other Duties / Flexibly Determined based on District Need*
*This may include, but is not limited to, responsibilities assigned to Bus Drivers, Cafeteria/Playground Aides, Clinic and Library Aides, Cook/Cashiers, Secretaries, Paraprofessionals, Cleaners, and Crossing Guards. Please note, the daily schedule will be customized according to available times in relationship to existing/assigned routes. Other duties are assigned at the sole discretion of administration and are subject to change based on district need.
