Responsibilities :
Oversee administrative tasks such as RFIs, change orders, billings, and lien releases throughout the project.
Manage project timelines, anticipate potential issues, develop solutions, and communicate with all stakeholders. Possess a strong understanding of mechanical systems, building controls, mechanical / electrical codes, and OSHA standards.
