About the Role
We are seeking an HVAC Service Technician to join our growing commercial service team ! This role focuses on commercial service work and small commercial projects . We provide a company vehicle and all necessary tools to ensure your success on the job. With our expanding service division, there are many opportunities for career growth .
Responsibilities
Work with customers and facility managers to identify HVAC issues and project needs
Troubleshoot HVAC systems - VRF, MUA, Boilers, RTU's, walk in coolers & Freezers, ovens, warmers
Assist in creating estimates and cost-saving solutions for customers
Maintain strong customer relationships and provide excellent service
Train new apprentices in proper HVAC techniques and best practices
Perform miscellaneous HVAC maintenance and repairs
Keep detailed notes and reports on projects and service calls
Requirements
Certification 06A (preferred)
High school diploma or GED
3 years of HVAC service experience
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and with a team
The Facilities
Customers may include : School districts, hotels, apartments, food processing plants, warehouses, factories, assisted living, logistics facilities, grocery stores, high-tech companies, restaurants, and more
Requirements
Certification 06A (preferred)
High school diploma or GED
3 years of HVAC service experience
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and with a team

Requirements
Washington and / or Oregon Journeyman Plumber License (preferred) Experience in new construction plumbing, hydronic systems, and mechanical equipment Ability to read and interpret blueprints Proficient in pipe fitting, welding, soldering, and fixture installation Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to lift & move 75 lbs and work in various environments
