The Role:
We're searching for a dynamic VP of Demand Generation & Marketing who can lead our marketing efforts with vision and precision. In this role, you'll be responsible for designing and executing innovative, multi-channel strategies that drive demand and create a steady stream of high-quality leads. Your leadership will be key to aligning our marketing initiatives with our ambitious growth goals.
What You’ll Do:
- Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and oversee a comprehensive demand generation and marketing strategy that propels Roster forward.
- Identify target audiences and craft campaigns that resonate across e-commerce brands.
- Campaign Innovation & Execution:
- Launch and manage integrated campaigns using channels such as podcasts, social media, referrals, ambassador programs, and PPC (including AdWords).
- Continuously monitor campaign performance, using data-driven insights to optimize and iterate for maximum impact.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner closely with sales and product to ensure marketing efforts directly support lead quality and conversion goals.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation within the marketing team.
- E-Commerce & Shopify Mastery:
- We sell our software to e-commerce businesses that utilize Shopify, so we need you to leverage your deep understanding of the Shopify ecosystem to drive targeted strategies that enhance our online presence and lead acquisition.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to capitalize on new opportunities for growth.
- Analytics & Reporting:
- Utilize advanced analytics to measure campaign success, inform strategic decisions, and report performance metrics to the team.
- Lead the team in a test-and-learn approach, ensuring continuous improvement and agility.
What We’re Looking For:
- A seasoned marketer with a proven track record in demand generation, who is ambitious and ready to take the next step forward in their career
- Experience in both e-commerce marketing and B2B strategies, with demonstrable success in driving high-quality leads.
- Deep knowledge of the Shopify ecosystem and other players in the space.
- A data-driven mindset paired with creative problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and drive a high-performing team.
- Experience managing multi-channel campaigns that deliver measurable results.
