Responsibilities
The primary responsibility of the Contract Recruiter is to find, engage, and select diverse talent to meet hiring goals
for an assigned region, business function, or group of businesses and to act as a talent expert and
advisor for Hiring Managers. The Recruiter will report to the Recruiting Manager and will deliver strategic
and tactical recruiting support as defined by the Recruiting Manager, which will include full lifecycle
recruitment and interaction with various business leaders and hiring managers. The Recruiter will partner
with hiring managers and HR business partners to define job requirements, understand business goals,
and identify, source, screen, attract, and build a diverse pipeline of candidates to meet hiring goals. This
role will work closely with other Recruiters, Recruiting Managers, and Human Resources associates and
may require some travel locally (branches, seminars, etc.), or out of town (branches, hiring / team events,
etc.) to support recruitment activities.
Ideal candidate for this role must be willing to commit to 3 month contract assignment.
Qualifications
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE :
- 3 years of proven, results-oriented recruiting experience in full life-cycle recruiting, utilizing direct sourcing experience and internet sourcing experience
- Prior corporate recruiting experience is required, recruiting for roles such as IT, Finance, Legal, Supply Chain, Marketing, etc.
- Prior success using job boards, social media, and sourcing tools to build diverse pipelines of top talent (LinkedIn, Indeed, CRMs, etc.)
- xperience utilizing an ATS to source, track and maintain candidate information and status
- Prior success building and managing internal customer relationships and meeting expectations
- Proven success attracting passive candidates, presenting candidates, and maintaining a diverse
talent pipeline
