Job Summary / Objective
Operates the chemical film line by preparing and immersing parts in a safe and efficient manner and monitoring and maintaining the safe operation of the tanks and lift system..
Essential Job Functions and Duties

Prepare all parts for chemical film (immersion line).

Monitor tanks for pH and conductivity.
-
Operates the gantry lift system in a safe manner.

Always wear the proper PPE while handling chemicals.

Remove all acid from parts where it may be trapped and carry over.

Ensure parts are free of debris and moisture upon completion.

Assist team members with heavy parts.

Keep the work area clean, organized and safe.

Required Education and Experience
-
Minimum 1 - 2 years manufacturing experience
-
Marine, Automotive, or aerospace experience preferred but not required
Work Schedule / Additional Eligibility Requirements
-
Normal business hours are Monday - Friday, 8AM – 4:30PM
-
This position schedule is 3:30pm to 1:00AM
-
Additional overtime required depending on manufacturing needs
-
Post Offer Background check and drug screening may be required
Physical Requirements
-
Must be able to stand on concrete for the duration of the shift.
-
Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and stoop.
-
Must be able to grip and operate hand tools with a minimum of 50 in/lbs. of force
-
Must be able to lift and carry 30 lbs. for at least 15 feet.
-
Safety Glasses must be worn at all times when in certain production areas.
-
Enclosed non-skid shoes must be worn at all times when in the production areas.
