Manages product inventory and shipping schedules, warehouse organization, and cleanliness. Supports inventory audits. Responsible for picking and packing of aftermarket products. Manages employees in the Warehouse and truck drivers. Sets truck drivers' schedules for optimized use of the company fleet of transport vehicles. Ensures company vehicles are maintained and serviced. Carries out management responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
Essential Job Functions and Duties

Supervisory Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Establishes operational procedures for activities such as verification of incoming and outgoing shipments, handling and disposition of materials, and keeping warehouse inventory current.

Responsible for coordinating shipping and receiving logistics.

Inspects the physical condition of the warehouse and equipment.

Prepares work orders for repairs and requisitions for replacement of equipment.

Confers with department heads to ensure coordination of warehouse activities with activities of other functions such as production, sales, records control, and purchasing.

Direct salvage of damaged or used material.

Initiates or suggests plans to motivate workers to achieve work goals.

Drives safety incentives and promotes a safe workplace.
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; or four to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Mathematical Skills - Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
- Reasoning Ability - Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
- Computer Skills - To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Google Drive, Slack, Asana, Shipping and Receiving tools, Internet software; Receipt Bank Accounting software; Fishbowl Inventory software; Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet software and Google Docs, Microsoft Word Word Processing software.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations - Current valid driver's license, Certified Forklift Operator
Work Schedule / Travel / Additional Requirements
- Normal office hours are Monday - Friday, 8 AM – 4:30 PM, this position will spend the time necessary to get the work done including evenings and weekends as needed.

Travel between Roswell facilities is required as needed.

Occasional travel to customer facilities may be required.
