This position is designated as Hybrid - Fully Flexible and expected to work from our World Headquarters office once per month to several times a week. The specific days in the office are determined by managers based on business requirements. Rotary is under the jurisdiction of Illinois employment laws; we require all employees to live within reasonable daily commuting distance to Evanston.

Overview
The Salesforce Business Analyst will be primarily responsible for managing functional and technical requirements from business SMEs and act as a partner to the Product Manager, Salesforce Administrator, and Development Team. This role works closely with key business and IT stakeholders and product teams to understand the organizational goals and priorities driving roadmaps. We are looking for a forward thinker able to see the bigger picture of the integrated systems (Marketing Cloud, CRM, Experience Cloud, and Integration). In this role you'll tackle the challenge of juggling multiple product capabilities and mastering the technical complexities of Rotary's products. Your work will have a profound impact, driving participant-focused solutions, leading market innovations, and enhancing product quality.
The Salesforce Business Analyst reports to a Product Manager aligned to a portfolio of product capabilities.
You Will Have
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Management Information System, or equivalent experience required.
- Proficiency in Salesforce platform, including Marketing Cloud and Experience Cloud.
- Knowledge of Agile Values, Principles, and mindset with at least 3-5 years' experience acting in a Salesforce Business Analyst role, or a similar role.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator) required.
- Experience with Configuration, Documentation, and Deployment of new features
- Experience with Salesforce integrations and third-party applications.
- Strong technical acumen and system thinking.
- Proficiency using Confluence, and JIRA.
- A consumer-centric focus with experience managing user experience components.
- An ability to articulate and clearly communicate complex problems and solutions simply and logically.
- Demonstrated track record in effective requirement elicitation and analysis.
- Excellent critical thinking and communication skills.
- Self-motivation is crucial.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Einstein Analytics.
- Certified in Scaled Agile - SAFe® Product Owner (PO / PM) a plus.
