Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Eagle Grove, IA, for a Director of Nursing at Rotary Senior Living. The Director of Nursing will be responsible for overseeing nursing management, infection control, medicine administration, nursing practices, and long-term care services.


Qualifications

  • Nursing Management and Long-term Care skills
  • Infection Control and Medicine knowledge
  • Experience in nursing practices
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Current RN license
  • Previous experience in a senior care setting is preferred
