We are looking for someone who wants to work weekends and a day or two in the week!

Your Role:
You will support residents who are independent but living with dementia under the direct supervision of our RN Nurse Manager. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing direct care, including lifting, turning, transferring, bathing, dressing, oral hygiene, grooming, medication administration, and restorative nursing programs.
- Maintaining the cleanliness of residents' rooms, discharge cleaning, and deep cleaning of the facility.
- Preparing meals, serving food, assisting with eating, cleaning after meals, passing snacks and fresh water/ice, recording food and fluid intake, and reporting any changes in eating habits.
- Supporting daily activities to improve residents’ self-sufficiency, self-confidence, cognition, muscle strength, and balance.
- Working independently and following written and verbal directions.
- Reporting and documenting any changes in physical and mental conditions promptly.
- Adhering to all facility policies and procedures, safety regulations, employee handbook guidelines, and Residents' Rights.
