Rothe Development, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to provide project management services for the KSC CIO Business Management Office of the NASA Enterprise Multimedia and Integrated Technical Services (eMITS) contract. eMITS is the Agency’s enterprise-level contract creating and delivering multimedia and technical communications through the use of the internet, digital platforms, and IT management for NASA’s Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) and Office of Communications (OCOMM). From photographing rocket launches and recoveries, to producing engaging videos, to information technology management, to using social media to share NASA’s message, eMITS integrates services for NASA IT and provides NASA’s communication to the outside world. Job Site: Kennedy Space Center (Merritt Island, Florida) Hybrid Role
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Interface with other contractors during development and integration of project plans and associated requirements documents. Ensure execution of project plans are in accordance with requirements. Work complex projects across multiple discipline from multiple NASA centers and organizations. Work with stakeholders ranging from senior management to non-technical users. Execution of travel and training plans. Coordination of on-site training (EOR), physicals, and Accelerated Training Program (ATP).
Remote, hybrid, and onsite positions the employee bears travel costs to nearest NASA Center for badging and issue of NASA IT equipment.
EDUCATION
BA/BS or equivalent and 5 years’ experience in project management and configuration management.
EXPERIENCE
Project management experience with mid-to-large complex projects with multiple stakeholders. Experience with configuration management procedures across a wide variety of disparate assets. Experience establishing a budget process of analyzing, tracking, and evaluating the risks and results of IT projects.
Minimum Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, OneNote, One Drive), SharePoint, and Box.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with projects at Kennedy Space Center or other NASA center
- PMP Certification
