Description
Job Summary: The Design Specialist will serve as the creative lead for Rothman Orthopaedics, which includes digital and print designs that meet internal and external needs. They will also take the lead in regards to the website, both maintaining and updating it as well as communicating with different departments and physicians.
Key Accountabilities: Create and refresh designs and strategies for print and digital that best represents Rothman and leads to new patient generation. Ensuring that the Rothman brand is consistent company wide in all outlets. Assist where applicable with video content and monitor results and feedback.

Education: Bachelors
Required Experience Level: 2 - 3 years of design experience in an in-house creative department or design firm.
Preferred Experience; 2 - 3 years of healthcare marketing experience
Knowledge:High level sense of design, typography, and layout.
Skills:A high level knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is required, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment and effectively take feedback and incorporate it into project revisions.
