Job Summary:
The nationally renowned Rothman Orthopaedic Institute is seeking an Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Surgeon to join our outpatient practice’s more recent expansion to sunny Florida. The new Foot and Ankle surgeon will be based in our central Florida offices. Our current office sites include Orlando Magic Training Center, Innovation Tower (downtown), Lake Mary, Lake Nona, Davenport and Winter Garden. Join our innovative Foot and Ankle team which presently consists of one Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle surgeon and two Podiatrists. With the departure of our current Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle surgeon, we are looking to hire an individual to take on this very busy role. Given our high patient volumes and many office sites, this is a highly coveted and unique position with much opportunity to grow in leadership and develop a Foot and Ankle department. We also just launched our new ASC at the picturesque Innovation Tower site.
Rothman Orthopaedics provides comprehensive operative and non-operative patient-centered care, offering convenience to our patients. All of our office locations are supported by: X-ray suites, orthotics with highly trained orthotists, physical therapy, and MSK Ultrasound. We also work in collaboration with our non-operative sports physicians and physiatrists who are highly skilled at ultrasound guided injections, PRP, and EMGs. There are also both teaching and research opportunities within our practice. In particular, with our orthopaedic residency program, which is an ACGME accredited program with 6 residents per class.
Qualified Candidates:
Board certified or board eligible in Orthopaedic Surgery with prior fellowship training in Foot and Ankle surgery.
Clear and active license in FL or willingness to obtain FL license
Accepting applications from recent fellowship graduates and fellows currently in training
