Overview of Role
This role will report directly into the Chief Financial Officer and be responsible for managing the financial reporting and accounting functions for North America. This role requires a deep understanding of accounting and will involve collaborating with various departments and geographies to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Accounting Operations Management
- Ensure all transactions are accounted for properly
- Analyze and provide explanations for variances in financial statements and trial balance
- Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure accurate financial reporting
- Lead all month-end, quarterly and year-end closing processes
- Continuously evaluate existing processes for efficiency and controls

Experience, Skills and Competencies Required
Expected base salary rates for this role in our New York Office will be between $140,00 and $175,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, salary offers are determined on an individualized basis and are based on a wide range of factors, including relevant skills, training, experience and education. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to salary and our Rothschild & Co employee benefits package, successful candidates may be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
