We are seeking a Dealer to join our Treasury Dealing team in Guernsey.
Key Responsibilities
- Cash management and hedging
- Asset and Liability management
- Liquidity management
- Risk management
- Market data and pricing
- Executing transactions in Money Markets, cash, repo, interest rate swaps, and FX
- Interbank relationship maintenance
- Close collaboration with Group Treasury colleagues in other locations
- Facilitating client deal placements on core banking systems
- Assisting with PowerPoint presentations and other reporting
- Maintaining procedures and developing efficiencies
- Adhering to Treasury policies and bank guidelines
- Team player with strong analytical and numerical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in financial markets
- Organised, enthusiastic, and driven
- Self-motivated, flexible, and reliable
- Proficiency in Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- High level of attention to detail even when working under pressure
- Logical mind and a quick learner
- Understands the need for discretion
- High level of professional integrity
- Experience
- Previous dealing experience would be beneficial but not essential as training will be given
- Experience of Bloomberg would also be useful
- Educational qualifications
- Strong educational background
