About the Team :
Using data, research and expert analytical skills, our Planning & Distribution team helps ensure we have the right products in the right places at the right time. In partnership with cross-functional teams like Production, Digital Commerce, Merchandising and Retail, these wizards forecast, plan and manage our inventory—so we can continue to delight our customers with the products they love.
The Senior Merchandise Planner will own the creation, management and execution of end to end sales, gross margin, and merchandise planning strategies to achieve or exceed seasonal plans for a substantial portion of the business. They will collaborate with the Merchandising Team to ensure each seasonal assortment maximizes sales and gross margin while optimizing inventory. They will partner closely with the Production Team to ensure clear communication to support Production’s needs and influence Production to optimize delivery timing to maximize sales and gross margin. They will report to the VP of Merchandise Planning & Allocation to influence Company Planning on plans and forecasts.

- Primary point-person / owner for all things related to Accessories (both Women’s and Men’s) sales, gross margin, inventory and receipts

98,000 - $115,000 annually
Base pay is one part of the total rewards package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work. This role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses / incentives, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
