Position: Operations Coordinator
Direct Reports: Grillmasters, Grill Staff, and Cashiers
Classification: Full Time / Exempt
General Description
The Operations Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of RoliRoti Gourmet. This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and effective team and time management. This role will be the point of contact for all inquiries from the RRG employees.
Essential Duties
· Oversee food operations, such as scheduling the staff and approving their work shifts and days off.
· Plotting out areas where to operate and ensuring that all legal permits and licenses are up to date.
· Schedule maintenance and ensure that food trucks are serviced and in good and safe driving conditions.
· Ensure all permits and licenses are up to date.
· Inventory management and control and the loading/unloading of food trucks
· Responsible for keeping the inventory for supplies and tools.
· Ensure the safety of the operations and that the team is following safety practices.
· Schedule and lead periodic staff meetings.
· Work with Farmers Market Organizations and fulfill their requirements.
· Make it a priority to conduct regular visits to market locations to thoroughly assess and verify that all operational processes are functioning efficiently and effectively. Take note of any issues that arise and gather feedback from staff to ensure continuous improvement in service quality and customer satisfaction.
· Communicate with customers nicely and handle their inquiries and comments.
· Catering Management- Communicate with customers, develop quotes, take orders, and oversee the execution.
Minimum Qualifications and Requirements
- 1 year of experience in food truck or restaurant management
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Detail-oriented and accurate, with experience in inventory counts and control
- Excellent problem-solving skills, communication skills, and the ability to delegate tasks when appropriate.
- Clean Driving Record
- Excellent computer skills, especially in Microsoft Excel, Word, etc.
Physical Requirements and Work Environment
The physical requirements outlined here are typical of those that an employee must fulfill to effectively perform the essential functions of this job. While carrying out the duties associated with this position, the employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, sit, use their hands for tasks such as gripping or feeling, reach with their hands and arms, and communicate verbally or through hearing.
Additionally, the employee must be able to occasionally lift and/or move objects weighing up to 50 pounds and drive the RRG Food Truck.
Schedule
- Requires 2-3 weekend shifts a month
- Hours of Operations vary; 6am - 9pm

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
