Role Description
Conduct territory sales visits offering our excavation or water restoration services. The successful candidate will pursue sales opportunities and solid leads generated from field service technicians and call centers. If you have prior experience in outside sales and a desire to excel with a leading company, we want to hear from you.
Tasks
- Follow-up with current customers to offer established solutions to their plumbing or water problems.
- Use an established pricing matrix and/or insurance guidelines to quote repair/replacement options/solutions and close the sale.
- Be a trusted informational resource for Roto-Rooter customers.
- Relationship Building and Customer Service skills
Requirements
- Strong Communication skills
- Experience in the plumbing or related industry is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A valid driver’s license
- Strong customer service focus
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Plumbing experience is not necessary or required
- Organized self-starter with an outgoing personality
- A Working knowledge of common software programs
- Previous experience with outside sales of in-home services is strongly desired, but all outside sales experience will be considered
