Conduct territory sales visits offering our excavation or water restoration services. The successful candidate will pursue sales opportunities and solid leads generated from field service technicians and call centers. Tasks:
- Follow-up with current customers to offer established solutions to their plumbing or water problems.
- Use an established pricing matrix and/or insurance guidelines to quote repair/replacement options/solutions and close the sale.
- Be a trusted informational resource for Roto-Rooter customers.
- A valid driver’s license
- Strong customer service focus
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Plumbing experience is not necessary or required
- Organized self-starter with an outgoing personality
- A Working knowledge of common software programs
- Previous experience with outside sales of in-home services is strongly desired, but all outside sales experience will be considered
