What are the responsibilities and job description for the Field Supervisor position at Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Drain Service?

Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for engaging with customers, performing inspections, managing installations, and overseeing excavation tasks.
- Inspects job site to establish the initial scope of work, confirms with insured and adjuster.
- Fields customer questions & concerns, resolving all issues and works with appropriate staff. Valid driver's license is required · IICRC Certification (Can send for certification, if needed).
We are looking for motivated, strong work ethic, positive attitude, well-organized self-starter with excellent communication skills. We will provide training and give you all the information necessary to assist customers with making informed buying decisions.
