As a Field Supervisor, you will be instrumental in assessing properties affected by water damage and managing both restoration and excavation projects. You’ll work directly with customers, determining the feasibility of work, inspecting job sites, and establishing initial scopes of work for restoration and excavation needs. You will confirm details with insured parties and adjusters, addressing customer questions and concerns while collaborating with our skilled staff to resolve any issues related to restoration and excavation.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect job sites to assess damage and establish scope of work for restoration and excavation.
- Evaluate excavation requirements for plumbing installations, repairs, and restoration efforts.
- Communicate effectively with customers, insured parties, and adjusters.
- Address customer questions and concerns, providing solutions as needed.
- Work closely with internal staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain a customer-first approach in all interactions.
