Roto-Rooter is the name that homeowners and businesses have turned to for over 80 years for their plumbing and drain cleaning troubles. Now we have brought this proud tradition of outstanding service to the Water Restoration/Cleanup industry and are looking for a strong leadership role!
We are in search of a Water Restoration Sales Specialist. The responsibilities for this 80k opportunity will include:
- Promote our services to plumbing customers that have experienced a water loss
- Inspect site and present solutions to the customer
- Be the point of contact for the customer and insurance agent throughout the project
- Ensure project is completed in established time frame and to the customer’s satisfaction
- Fulfill sales quota
- Coordinate workforce and schedule projects
- Organize/maintain department certifications and workflow
Requirements include:
- Sales experience preferably in the service or construction services/products industries
- Strong customer service focus and able to communicate effectively with customers
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Xactimate software experience is a plus!
- IICRC certification preferred, but not required
Compensation plan includes:
