WHAT YOUR DAY IS LIKE
As a Plumbing and Water Mitigation Instructor, you will start your day at our training facility by preparing for interactive training sessions. These sessions will involve a mix of classroom lectures on plumbing systems and water damage restoration, as well as hands-on workshops. You'll be responsible for guiding trainees through practical exercises while providing individualized feedback to help them develop technical skills and problem-solving abilities. You'll also collaborate with your colleagues to continually update the curriculum to include the latest industry developments, ensuring that trainees are equipped with the most up-to-date knowledge and techniques. Your commitment to this role will help shape the next generation of skilled plumbing and water mitigation professionals, leaving a lasting impact on the field.

WHAT'S NEEDED FROM OUR PLUMBING AND MITIGATION INSTRUCTOR?
We're looking for a Plumbing and Water Mitigation Instructor who can work Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM, while meeting the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and a good driving record
- 4 years of full-time experience in the plumbing industry
- 4 years of experience in instruction and instructional design
