Outside Sales/ Project Manager
Operating in NEPA and the Southern Tier, Roto-Rooter has an amazing opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join our growing team! We are looking for a Project Manager to operate as first responder for Water Remediation and Plumbing Improvement Projects.
The ideal candidate will have IICRC Certification, Water Restoration experience, Plumbing experience, construction crew management, and/or experience adjusting insurance claims.
*Must be available to cover some nights and weekends for after-hours management needs and sales calls.
Responsibilities include:
- Promoting our commercial and residential services for properties with water damage
- Promoting our services for properties who require major plumbing improvements
- Inspect site/present solutions to existing and new customers
- Completing initial evaluation and giving estimates
- Establishing a positive relationship with insurance adjusters and key contacts such as property owners and team members throughout projects
- Act as liaison between customers, insurance adjusters, and team members to facilitate project completion
Requirements include:
- Sales experience, preferably in restoration or trade industry
- Strong customer focus, effective communication
- Being adaptable to work in a fast-paced environment
- Maximizing growth in the department
- Fulfill sales quota
- IICRC certification a plus
- Plumbing and Drain Cleaning Knowledge a major advantage!
$40,000-$50,000 base commission bonus potential
