Roto-Rooter Plumbers of Columbia, TN is seeking a Plumber Apprentice/Helper to assist in diagnosing, repairing, and installing plumbing and septic systems throughout the Middle Tennessee area. Responsibilities:

• Assist experienced plumbers with diagnosing, repairing, and installing plumbing and septic systems
• Help set up job sites, prepare tools and materials, and clean up after work is completed
• Learn to troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues under the guidance of senior technicians
• Maintain tools, equipment, and the company vehicle in good working condition
• Follow all safety protocols and company policies on job sites
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers to support smooth project completion
• Use technology (iPad or similar software) to help document jobs and track tasks

What We’re Looking For:

• No prior experience required—just a willingness to learn and grow!
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work in tight spaces, and at heights
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a positive attitude
• Basic familiarity with tools and technology (iPads/software) is a plus
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.50 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 50 per week
