Water Well Driller

We are seeking a skilled, reliable Water Well Driller to join our growing company. In this position, you will be responsible for operating drilling equipment, installing and maintaining well structures, and ensuring the safe and efficient completion of water well projects.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain drilling equipment, including but not limited to, drilling rigs, mud pumps, and other related machinery.
• Drill water wells according to project specifications and local regulations.
• Install and maintain well casings, screens, and other well components.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on drilling equipment and well structures.
• Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
• Document well drilling activities and maintain accurate records.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in water well drilling operations.
• Proficiency in operating heavy equipment.
• Knowledge of geology, hydrology, and well drilling techniques.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions.

Pay: $46,500.00 - $73,000.00 per year
