Responsibilities
- Clean and clear residential and commercial drain and sewer lines using various mechanical tools and machines.
- Perform basic plumbing repairs on fixtures such as toilets, urinals, and faucets.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing and septic issues effectively.
- Maintain equipment and service vehicles in clean and working order.
- Provide accurate job estimates and explain findings clearly to customers.
- Interpret plumbing-related blueprints and perform basic electrical wiring when needed.
- Follow all safety procedures and environmental regulations.
- Assist with daily duties such as equipment cleaning, van organization, and shop upkeep.
Qualifications
Required:
- Valid driver’s license
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Ability to follow and enforce safety procedures
- Must provide personal hand tools
Preferred:
- 2 years of experience in plumbing, trades, or drain cleaning
- Valid Alabama Plumber’s Apprentice License
- Experience using power tools and drain inspection equipment
- Familiarity with blueprint reading and basic electrical systems

- Uncapped commission with average weekly earnings of $1,800 or more
- Guaranteed base pay of $600 /week (40 hours worked)
