What are the responsibilities and job description for the CSR/Dispatcher position at Roto-Rooter?
Do you have a knack for providing awesome customer service? Roto-Rooter Plumbers is looking to add a dynamic Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher who will take good care of our plumbing customers in our fast pace, growing office.
**Full-time shifts available: 8 AM to 5 PM Monday through Friday, and Saturdays from 8 AM. to 12 PM. This schedule will rotate weekends with other office staff.
**Proficient typing and multi-line phone skills are a must.
Salary based on experience and skill set.
Essential functions of the position include:
- General office duties
- Scheduling and booking technician service calls
- Invoicing parts, and coding out invoices
- Dispatch and communicate with technicians efficiently to maximize their productivity and ensure customer experience is excellent
- Maintain accurate time tracking on all service technicians and plumbers
- Invoicing parts and coding out invoices

Ideal candidate will have excellent problem solving and customer service skills along with a working knowledge of computer software.
