Overview
We have an excellent opportunity available for an on-site IT Support Center Analyst in our Home Office located in downtown Cincinnati.
Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include :
- Troubleshooting of computer hardware and software and other technology tools, products and peripherals
- Installs hardware, software, networking and peripheral equipment as needed
- Response and support for iSeries related Operator level support requests and troubleshooting
- Responds / resolves incidents and service requests in accordance with expected service levels
- Oversee the execution and completion of assigned tasks
- Logs and tracks all work effort using ITSM tools, and maintains history records and related documentation
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while delivering high standards of customer service
- Demonstrates and actively promotes an understanding and commitment to the mission of Roto-Rooter through performing behaviors consistent with the organizations’ values
