Lead Restoration Technician
$20-$30 hourly – salary based on experience
Proudly serving Wyoming, MI, and surrounding areas, we are looking for a strong Team Leader that has experience in Water Restoration or extensive construction/remodeling crew management for our water restoration program.

Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing water restoration projects and crews to ensure work is performed efficiently and to industry standards
- Help develop scopes of work to inform the estimating process
- Review estimates, act as liaison with insurance companies, and aid in the collection process
- Perform water restoration sales and technician functions when needed
- Work with insurance companies, adjusters, and customers throughout the entire water restoration process to negotiate and settle claims
- Ensuring all documentation is complete and submitted in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Strong customer service focus and able to communicate effectively with customers
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Water restoration experience or construction/remodeling crew management
- Xactimate software experience preferred
- IICRC certification preferred
