Overnight Call Center Customer Service Position

Bilingual skills preferred, but not required. This is a full-time, on-site, customer service position at Roto-Rooters Chicago area Call Center. We are a 24-hour service provider, so our call center stays busy overnight.
Responsibilities :
- Be the first point of contact with our customers.
- Obtain key information from the customer while expressing empathy, a sense of urgency and confidence that they called the right company, and we will solve their plumbing problems.
- Data entry, including customer contact information and relevant details concerning their plumbing problems.
- Schedule a service call based on customers availability and convenience.
- Discuss additional services and products we have available that may be helpful.
- Be a trusted informational resource for Roto-Rooter customers.
- Order processing for both residential and customers
- Connecting with technicians to dispatch overnight jobs
