This is a full-time plumber position with a flexible schedule that includes 8-hour and 10-hour shifts, along with participation in an on-call rotation. You'll work closely with your team and leadership to ensure consistent and effective operations throughout the week.

YOUR ROLE AS A PLUMBING FIELD MANAGER
As a Plumbing Field Manager, you will focus on leading a high-performing team of plumbing professionals. Your morning will begin with reviewing service jobs with your team, analyzing metrics like close rates, profitability, and average ticket sizes to ensure operational success. You'll work with dispatchers to assign jobs based on team capabilities and customer needs while addressing any urgent issues that arise. Throughout the day, you'll provide coaching and technical support to your team, conduct site visits, and assist technicians during service calls. Regularly, you'll inspect vehicles, equipment, and technician readiness to maintain high standards. You'll also manage administrative responsibilities such as scheduling on-call rotations, approving timesheets, calculating project pay, and ensuring training programs are in place.
Requirements :
A plumbing license is preferred. ServiceTitan experience is also a plus!
