We are looking for an individual who is able to grow and maintain a customer base, has a successful record training others, and a strong customer service focus to join our team as SALES MANAGER at our Atlanta branch that is located in Norcross, GA. The salary range for this position is $80,000-$85,000, depending on experience.
Responsibilities
- Prospect for new business using innovative techniques along with cold calling
- Grow customer sales base in residential and commercial markets
- Maintain and expand existing commercial business base
- Ensure monthly and annual sales quotas are achieved
- Coach and develop sales & service team using hands on training methods
- Monitor and review performance standards weekly with sales & service teams
