Job Title: General Laborer
Location: Groveton, NH
Shift: 6:00 am - 6:30 pm Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
Reports to: Foreman
Job Overview: The General Laborer will assist in all production processes as needed.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Clean the metal parts after they are cut to ensure smooth production flow.
- Safely operate equipment, machinery, and overhead cranes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and debris-free work area.
- Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and company safety standards.
- Participate in cross-training and assist other departments as needed.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Foreman or Production Manager.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to perform high-quality work in compliance with company standards.
- Physically capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a team environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Previous experience in a manufacturing setting.
Compensation
