Job Title: Parts Representative

Location: Littleton, NH

Shift: 8:00am - 5:00pm M-F

Reports to: Parts Director

Job Overview: The Parts Representative is responsible for communicating with the purchasing agent to ensure parts are ordered based on the needs of the customer.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and assist customers with ROTOLINK parts lookup, pricing, and availability
• Create quotes and sales orders for customers
• Generate purchase orders for suppliers
• Maintain good practices in customer communications
• Coordinate parts department activities with sales, service, accounting, and production departments
• Perform warehouse inventory count
• Other duties as assigned by the manager
• Willing to cross-train as needed

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in parts customer service or equivalent preferred
• Prior experience working in Manufacturing is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively utilize technology in the completion of duties.
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office products with a demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to new programs
• Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task
• Professional demeanor and positive customer service attitude
• Able to travel to Canada for training purposes
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
