A competitive base salary ranging from $65,000 to $78,000, based on experience and qualifications.
JOB DESCRIPTION
This position is responsible for supporting customers with service and parts orders, troubleshooting equipment issues, and promoting Rotochopper products.
Located in St. Martin, Minnesota, and reporting to the Technical Service Manager.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Expert-level knowledge of all features, benefits, and performance characteristics of Rotochopper product lines.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Diagnostics and troubleshooting skills for electrical systems, mechanical and drivetrain, hydraulic systems, and diesel engines.
- Good mathematical skills and business acumen.
- Self-driven and collaborative individual with exceptional organizational skills.
- Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematic drawings, or engineering instructions for assembling electronic units.
- Proficiency with Excel, Word, and NetSuite.
- Class A CDL preferred or ability to obtain/carry Class A CDL and DOT health card with a clean driving record.
