POSITION SUMMARY
This position supports customers with service and parts orders, troubleshooting equipment issues. Located in St. Martin, Minnesota, and reports to the Technical Service Manager.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Clarify customer requirements for parts and service orders.
- Solve parts and service issues with Rotochopper equipment.
- Provide ideas to improve customer call center efforts.
- Resolve any issues, equipment or otherwise.
- Be the authority on product features, benefits, and performance characteristics.
- Assist with creating and building Rotochopper parts and service training and manuals.
- Develop processes that positively impact the department and provide growth opportunities.
CRITICAL SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Expert knowledge of all Rotochopper product line features, benefits, and performance characteristics.
- Excellent communication and strong negotiating skills.
- Diagnostics and troubleshooting skills for electrical systems, mechanical and drivetrain, hydraulic systems, and diesel engines.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum five years of customer service experience is preferred.
- Ability to read and follow intermediate measurements, schematics, and technical documentation.
- Class A CDL is preferred or must have the ability to obtain or carry Class A CDL and DOT health card, with a clean driving record.
WORKING CONDITIONS
- Working conditions include office and professional environments as well as industrial settings and outside temperatures and weather conditions.
- Ability to travel 10-15% of the time to customer sites.

We offer a competitive base salary in the $65,000 to $78,000 range, based on experience and qualifications.
